1. Advertising & Sponsorship Options

• Sponsored Posts / Features – Published on CVV Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other official platforms.

• Business Reviews / Endorsements – Content created by CVV to showcase your product, service, or event.

• Video Vlogs / Reels – Branded video content produced and published on CVV channels.

• Event Coverage / Promotions – CVV attendance and coverage of client events for social media posting.

2. Payment Policy

• All advertising fees must be paid in full before content creation and posting.

• Payments are strictly nonrefundable, regardless of cancellation by the advertiser.

• Rates are exclusive of taxes and transaction charges (if applicable).

3. Nonrefundable Policy

• Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Advertiser withdrawal/cancellation.

• Changes in business circumstances.

• Dissatisfaction with style, format, or creative direction (as long as agreed guidelines were followed).

• If CVV cannot fulfill the posting due to technical or scheduling issues, advertiser will be offered a reschedule or equivalent posting—not a refund.

4. Content Policy

• All sponsored content will include a “Paid Partnership / Sponsored” disclosure in compliance with fair advertising practices.

• CVV reserves the right to decline ads that contain misleading claims, offensive material, or content not aligned with our values.

• Creative materials (logos, photos, scripts, captions) provided by the advertiser must be submitted on or before the agreed deadline.

5. Timeline & Posting

• Standard turnaround: 3–5 working days from confirmation and payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Posting schedule will be based on CVV’s content calendar to maximize reach and engagement.

6. Performance Disclaimer

• CVV will use its best efforts to promote ads and endorsements, but we do not guarantee specific metrics (views, likes, shares, conversions, or sales).

• Advertisers are responsible for tracking ROI beyond CVV’s posting platforms.

7. Ownership & Usage

• Content created by CVV remains the property of CVV, but advertisers may request cross-posting rights (with credit to CVV).

• Unauthorized editing or reposting without CVV’s approval is prohibited.
